St. Louis County Tax Hike

This from Lisa Payne Naeger. St. Louis County, now that "drive by" reassessments have been curbed, is contemplating a straight out property tax increase. You have to admire the honesty on the one hand. However, centrist Democrat Steve Stenger has expressed doubt about the need.
